We're excited to be gathering under the full moon vibes, Sam and Rita are joining forces and bringing back "Monthly Frequency" to their communities. Invite a friend or a family member to join you for what is definitely going to be a super vibey, nourishing ad love-filled afternoon in the park.
We’ll sit in community to receive from one of the best combos ever: Yoga and Sound Healing.

All levels are welcomed for yoga.
Tickets are donation based, minimum $7.
