We'll start the day with an intro talk by Atarah Valentine and an icebreaker exercise led by Liana Blackburn. Followed by a Cacao - Vocal & Sound Circle with Rita Oliveira. Then, our thought Leader Atarah, an expert in Self-Understanding and Emotional Resilience, will guide us on a journey of wisdom, practices, and tools to connect with our feelings.
Learn how to release stagnant energy with Shamanic Breathwork led by James Hyman, leading to soothing vibrations during Sound Healing with Cibele. A
t sunset, indulge in a delicious farm-to-table meal crafted by Chef Lavender.
